Anaconda Type VFD-BGC round extensible ground check from Prysmian: shielded VFD mining trailing cable for drive-fed mining machines such as shovels, drills and continuous miners, run from the variable-frequency drive to the motor; the overall shield keeps drive noise away from nearby circuits and the ground-check conductor works with the ground monitor. Construction: rope-lay stranded for flexing tinned copper conductors, EPR rubber insulation, a copper braid screen, a CPE outer sheath and grounding conductors plus a ground-check conductor. Rated 2 kV. Sizes: 3-conductor, 2 AWG to 500 kcmil. It is accepted under the US mine-safety (MSHA) flame test, oil-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Standards: MSHA.
